we’ll have room to let everyone warm up, move around, and take breaks when we need them. i’ll give you direction along the way, so you’re never standing there wondering what you’re supposed to be doing.

sometimes you just need a few updated photos. your baby looks different every week, your kids finally both have haircuts, or you realized the last photo of everyone together is… pretty old.


a shorter session to document your people as they are right now. we’ll keep it easy and make the most of our time together.

right now, you’re wondering what they’ll look like. pretty soon, you won’t remember what life was like before them.


this includes a maternity session + a newborn session, so you have photos of the waiting and the finally holding them. two very different moments that i’d love to help you remember.

Frequently asked questions

what if my kids don’t cooperate?

i have two little girls. i promise, you don’t need to apologize for your kids being kids. we can move around, take a break, or let them stick close to you while they warm up. they don’t have to smile at the camera the whole time for us to get photos you love.

what should we wear?

start with something you feel good in and can comfortably move around in. you don’t all have to match! colors that work together are a great place to start. do not be afraid of color... i LOVEEEE pops of color. if you’re stuck, send me what you’re thinking. i’m happy to help you put it together.

where will we take our photos?

i’m based in White Lake and photograph around Metro Detroit. if you have a location in mind, tell me! if you have absolutely no idea, that’s okay too. we’ll figure out a spot that fits what you’re picturing.

what happens if it rains?

we’ll find another day! i keep an eye on the forecast leading up to outdoor sessions, and we’ll stay in touch if the weather looks questionable. wet grass and unhappy kids aren’t exactly what we’re going for.
